By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final once an order is placed.
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.
- We do not accept returned merchandise for credit or exchange.
- No cancellations will be accepted once an order has been confirmed/processed.
Exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping error (must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence).
- Cases where a refund or return is legally required under applicable consumer protection law.
